Targets the Financial Services Agency's EDINET API v2 (documents.json and documents/{docID}). Requires a Subscription-Key issued at disclosure2.edinet-fsa.go.jp. Covers daily filing lists, per-document metadata lookup, and XBRL/PDF/attachment/English/CSV downloads with fail-closed handling of EDINET's body-level status envelopes.
