The API family is used to inspect restaurant business permit records and location details for food-service establishments, so the content should reflect real licensing and business-status fields rather than generic item lists.
GET the MFDS restaurant permit dataset/service to look up food-service establishments and their permit changes. The hunter should support region and business-name filters and return the official permit and business metadata surfaced by the public data service.
