Scope

Exposes the official special-day calendar maintained by the Korea Astronomy and Space Science Institute. Callers ask for a year or a specific month and receive normalized holiday and anniversary rows with ISO dates.

Acceptance

Anniversary rows never include statutory holidays, keeping the two calendars cleanly separated.
An out-of-range month value is rejected with a validation error rather than silently returning the full year.
